I am immersed…Meditations, Affirmations
I am immersed in meditations. Meditations about conscious reality, parallel universes, imagination, emotion, relaxation… And affirmations.
Take a minute…or a few
One good source leads to another. I love the progression of guides and guidance, and how one deep dive offers up a thought, a name, that seamlessly opens a path to the next. A rich bank of endless morning affirmations to start the day right to a name drop of a guide that I have never tapped into. I am presently deep diving, constant listening to the same idea expressed in countless ways. Worth it enough for me to welcome the repetition, trusting the brainwash of possibilities.
The sources I choose…the messages strike my truth cord, enhance my own belief system, and reinforce a throughline I have follwed since I was a child. (Actually conception, if a potent visualization during a workshop I took once is evidence. Blew my mom’s circuits out, in projecting my foetus-gratitude to her in a flowing shower of blue light. Aaahh that’s what happened to her… But I digress. That’s a story for another time.)
A throughline of joy, faith, and confidence! Ruffled by experiences of distress, misfortune, and doubt. Sounds so…human. I have felt lucky in believing that I had a happy childhood and benefited from a life long positive self image. I have loved myself all the way through (with moments of true anger and self distructive thoughts because of life circumstances I didn’t feel like I chose but knew I had to take responsibility for). Always returning to the throughline.
I have always pursued inspiration and guidance (of my own choosing, spiritually independent). My bookshelves are full of inspiring books, like the Art of Possibility, Heal Your Body, and The Places That Scare You. I have had dozens of cassette tapes, like Anthony Robbins, and CD’s, like the Abraham Hicks material. I knew that pursuing these varied avenues of belief and thought often led to inspired action. New paths of action. Accomplishments. Better relationships.
Now there are great apps to access! In recent months, after following the Mind Valley course, Silva Ultramind, I was inspired by circumstances, to create a children’s affirmation and coloring book (the link goes to my blog about creating it). That was exciting, a long time goal. I have followed up with two more and have several others on the go.
When you wake in the morning…
To keep myself in the flow of inspired action…right now I am listening to Youtube videos. Youtube was a rich discovery! Endless sources. Easy to try and take on favorites. Right now I am loving the Wake Me Up channel, which offers many short videos with calming, simple chords as background. I listen to them while morning walking and my yoga stretches. Great way to start the day.
I listened to a few Bashar videos which gave potent ways to think about the parallel universes we can step into (why not) and a description of abundance that is worth its weight in gold.
And I listen to Dr Joe Espenza with his messages of positive, in the present, thoughts and actions. And he dropped a name I wasn’t familiar with, Neville Goddard.
Wow. I dove into a very mind-shift-changing series of Neville’s messages to us. Consciousness creates reality. Feel it.
Sure, I’ve heard it before. But here, the messages over and over expressed in different ways, there’s potential beyond my previous understanding and experience.
These videos I listen to, show up how my own path, with its happy and loving mood and positive beliefs, chopped up with experiences worth crying about, have surrounded me with exactly what I have. And don’t have. A combo of stuff I love. And stuff I am wishing for.
So, filling in some gaps… Try “Live your life as your wish fulfilled”. Okay, just do it.
I love a morning that starts wth meditation, affirmations. And ends in imagining desires fulfilled. And in between…awareness and gratitude. All day, most days. See what the future holds. I mean, the now.
I am immersed.
BTW, this bit of sharing is expressive of my Express Yourself page “Imagine It”. I’m off to add links to some of these Youtube videos I’ve appreciated…
And in the spirit of ongoing gratitude…thank you for being here. I appreciate it.
…when you meditate. And affirm your wish fulfilled.
